  • What should I do if i received a faulty item?

    We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info: Your Order Number Item Name Photo that show the fault as clearly as possible and full-length photo of the item
  • Can i exchange my item?

    We currently don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. If you'd like to know how to return your items, check out our Returns Page.
  • How long does it take to get a refund?

    All returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
  • Can I get a refund back to another card?

    We can only refund via the same method of payment on your order. If you no longer have that card, you bank will release the funds to the account that this card was linked to.
